“Shadow 02” mirrors the intensity of the first “Shadow 01” painting, but with a slightly more balanced composition. The black splashes are more controlled, with drips of both black and gray running down the canvas. The soft gradient background evokes a sense of atmosphere, as if the shadows are emerging from or dissolving into mist. The interplay between light and dark here is more refined, giving the painting a sense of quiet strength. “Shadow 02” offers a sense of resolution to the series, bringing the visual journey full circle.

Made in Germany
All artworks are handmade to the highest standards with exceptional quality. The professional canvases are mounted over stretcher-frames with a depth of approximately 4.5 cm. They are covered with a cotton blend fabric that features a white, slightly absorbent universal primer and a uniform medium texture, weighing 330 g/m². The fabric is folded over and stapled at the back. Hardwood wedges are included to allow for future adjustments of the fabric tension.
